A few weeks ago I happened upon Toltec beads blog and found that she was having a hop.  I was very excited to join this as I am now making polymer clay beads and thought this would be fun to work with another designer's bead.   I was lucky to get a bead with browns and blues which i love to work with .  I pondered the bead until the very last moment and keep putting beads next to it to see if it coordinated with the bead. I wanted the bead to have a special place in the peice.  I found just the right color beads in my huge stash but it still needed something so I left it again.
Saturday night and the procrastination is over I need to make something so I looked around my beading table and noticed this flower copper bar with flowers and It just seemed right.  I didnt want that to be the focal so I decided to use it on the side and have the focal hang at the bottom in a place of honor. I had a lot of fun with this  hope you like my necklace.

ooops forgot my dream. For years i had dreamed of owning my own house with a studio...
until recently my studio was combined with my sons bedroom now i have moved it into the basement and made a designated area to create which is wonderful.  it is away from everything so i dont have to keep it clean lol  . but of coarse with the addition of my new facebook destash group i have once again cluttered up my house with my beads for sale

check them out at the Bead hoarders destash group on facebook..........https://www.facebook.com/groups/TheBeadHoardersDestashGroup/

And now for my piece....  I thought long....hence made it last night  and hard  sorry the pictures are dark

Here is the llist of the other participants

Happy hopping

  32. Oh, I love how you used the flowers stamping ! I use a lot of metal in my creations, but I don't think I would ever have thought of using it to the side like that. Sorry this comment took so long, this week has been a little heretic.
